The economic climate many be causing designers to scale back on Fashion Week shows, but William Rast is not one of them. The Fall 2009 collection will show Feb. 16th at the tents at Bryant Park, which is a step up from last year’s Roseland Ballroom show. Partner Justin Timberlake is scheduled to present but a performance is not expected.
