American Apparel Adds Men’s Denim Line

A few months ago, American Apparel announced denim line launch, debuting the collection with looks for women. The line has now added men’s styles to the collection. The debut style is called the Regular 100, which features a medium rise and slightly tapered leg, which is meant to hit slightly above the shoe.

Georges Atlan, director of denim stated, “We’ve come up with a truly authentic pair of jeans – something the market has lacked for a long time. The fit and styling is the result of extensive testing and feedback, which when combined with American Apparel’s obsession for quality and my 30 years of experience in denim, makes for the perfect men’s jeans.”

Not only do the jeans feature a great cut but also American Apparel’s unique values, “More than 40 fair-wage workers to produce each one of these pairs of jeans and that is a fact we’re very proud of. American Apparel doesn’t take expanding into new products lightly, and for our men’s and women’s denim we’ve not only come up with a great, fashionable product but we’ve utilized our full factory capabilities to do it right,”

The Regular 100 is available in sizes 27-36, for $85 online at Americanapparel.com and in stores.
