Diesel Women’s Spring Summer 2014 Press Day

I recently posted the men’s collection from the Diesel Spring Summer 2014 press day in London, but here is a look at the women’s collection as well. They actually had more styles on show than the guys, I would say it was about 65% women and 35% men. They had some jeans that I completely fell in love with though!

The two pairs of jeans which were my favourite were on the table above at the far end. The lighter bleached wash Fayza and the blue whiskered Eazee jean. I loved the washes on these two and the fits are slim tapered boyfriend jeans, so I can imagine they are really comfortable to wear. They also had some denim shorts with star prints, some skinny jeans with paint splatter on, one pair was extreme and the other a little more subtle.

They even had jeans with jodhpur style panelling at the knees and even jeans with coating over the top of the denim in a heavy way. I loved the workman style denim shirt with lots of pockets and an oversized fit as well, I thought that was nice. They had a black pair of jeans with black/bronze embroidery all over them too.

There were a couple of classic blue washes and of course some denim shoes, like they do every season, but I did think they had some great pieces. Unlike the last couple of seasons though, there wasn’t really any coloured or printed denim, so that definitely made a change. Take a look in the gallery below and let me know if you have any questions about the jeans!
