I’m finally able to share with you the new Paige Autumn/Winter 2013 collection that I saw at the press day in London back in April. Unfortunately I wasn’t allowed to post these before as it’s the full collection and it was too early to be seen. Paige really branched out of her comfort zone for her new Autumn/Winter 2013 collection. There were so many amazing prints, colours, aesthetics, washes and even different denim jackets. It was one of the broadest collections I have seen from Paige Denim.
There was a honeycomb style print, which you can see just below and I thought it was really pretty. It comes in white and also a mustard shade, but there is another jean that’s very similar, in a brown, cream and mustard combination, but it looks like it features chains all over it. It’s really intriguing and quirky for the brand, but I can see it looking amazing with a black blazer and heels. Another print that I loved was the whimsical running horses, it’s very washed out and pretty, but you can see the horses quite clearly. I wouldn’t have thought about doing a horse print jean myself, but I really liked these ones.
New as well for Paige Denim was a lace print over blue denim, this came in a smaller lace and also a much larger lace print over black denim. There was a black skinny jean with white lace panelling down the side of the outer seams too. I also saw a washed out grey and white pinstripe skinny, a blue and white colour block with print on it and some new versions of the classic Edgemont. Paige also released some more denim shirts and jackets, in new styles and washes, which I thought were really classic. There were two styles that I wasn’t very fond of though, a blue denim with gold print over and also a wrinkly style jean. But out of the whole collection, I really liked almost everything. The men’s selection in the last photo has some classic washes too, blues and autumn tone colours. What do you think of the new Paige Denim collection?
