For my ‘Weekend Look’ I decided to go for the MOTHER Stunner Ankle Fray in Graffiti Girl. I have been looking at these quite a bit lately and just love the details of them. Not just because of the wash, but the smaller details of them, like the button-fly and high rise. Just those little details help lend a new feel to a relaxed look for a day out, like this one here.
When I was thinking of the look, a band tee was the first thing that came to mind to pair with them. This Metallica shirt is a great piece to pair with as you can wear it tucked in or over if the jeans are fitted or size up on the jeans for a slouchy low slung style and still keeps the cool fluid vibe. Then to keep that vibe going, I chose the Balanciaga boots. These boots have become timeless just like a pair of Dr. Martens. They enhance the essence of a look rather than take away. Then to finish the look off, I wanted to keep the accessories in the same spirit with a Saint Laurent bag and 3.1 Phillip Lim sunglasses. Which look would you go for, fitted or slouchy?
