Weekend Going Out Look: J Brand Bailey Bootcut Jeans

For this weeks going out look, I decided to do something different and use a pair of bootcut jeans. I generally pick skinny jeans as they are what I live in as they suit my body shape the most, but I know so many of you love your bootcut jeans as well. So this weeks look consists of a pair of J Brand Bailey bootcut jeans, which I dressed up with a more casual feminine feel for a lunch out on the weekend or an early dinner.

I chose to pair the jeans with a River Island cream peplum top and a Michael Kors cashmere shrug over the top to keep the wind off your shoulders. I generally don’t like the look of bootcut jeans with closed toe heels, so I chose a pair of Tory Burch Lucian wedges to go with the jeans, but they should be worn with the hems over the wedges and almost touching the floor for height. I accessorized the look with a Salvatore Ferragamo Gold Key necklace, a Kate Spade New York All Wrapped Up bracelet and a 1988 rectangle ring. I love the combination of golds and creams together with a dark blue, so I quite like the vibe this outfit gives off. How many of you dress your bootcut jeans up like this?
