Top 10 Fashion/Retail Apps

Many retail shops as well as style websites have been popping out apps of their own. Here are some of the apps that we here at DenimBlog think you readers should try out if you haven’t already. These apps are in no specific order. They are equally as amazing as the other as they all carry an array of items. Good news! These are all free.

Singer22:

The Singer22 app is probably one of the easiest to navigate. The layout is also very simple, nothing too complicated. You can search just like the actual website for your needs in both denim and other clothing choices. They also provide the same array of celebrity photos and models in the clothing. Plus this app is not just for the ladies anymore. Don’t let the pink fool you. You can click here to download this app.

YOOX:

If you are looking for the designer duds from past seasons, this is the app to get. They have designer big names such as Balmain, Givenchy, and Balenciaga. As well as many denim brands such as DSquared2, J Brand, Blank, MET, and there is a lot more. They do carry many, and I mean many, if you haven’t been on there, but items sell out quick. So having this app will help you get your items quicker. You can click here to purchase your YOOX app.

Net-A-Porter:

Like many of the retailers, the Net-A-Porter app is no different. It is easily navigated and carries an array of clothing. The only difference is that it can be a bit pricier than the others, but they do carry denim brands like Victoria Beckham Denim, Textile Elizabeth and James, J Brand, and more. Click here to purchase the Net-A-Porter App now.

RevolveClothing:

Probably my go-to app of all time. Mainly because they have just about every pair of jeans available. This one is very simple. You can choose from reading their magazine to get inspired then shop right after. It is a very simple one to navigate. You just chose which tab that is of your interest and go right along and shop. It is as simple as that. Click here to get your RevolveClothing app.

ShopStyle:

If you are having trouble finding where to buy a pair of jeans or a shirt, this one is a go to. You can look up specific items by name or be broad and search the categories provided, many choices will pop up. You can also refine your search by color, price, size and brand. So you’ll never be disappointed by what you find. By providing the many retailers that carry the item, you are able to compare prices and save when you find the bargain. You can click here to get your ShopStyle app now.

Matches Fashion:

Matches is another one that has a great app to shop at. They carry brands like IRO, Current/Elliott, Vince, and more for both the men and women. So when you are on the go, those J Brand jeans will be too. Allyou have to do is add it to your cart just like regular online shopping. You can click here to get your Matches app.

WhoWhatWear:

Wondering what the celebrities are wearing or what their favorite things are? Who What Wear has got you covered. They do weekly “What They Wear” posts as well as model and celebrity spotlights. Many celebrities such as DenimBlog regulars Nicole Richie and Jessica Alba have been guest editor for the online magazine. You can click here to get your WhoWhatWear app.

Style.com:

If you are looking for an app to stay in tune with the fashion world, this is the one. They have just as many features as the actual website as well as many runway looks that just walked during Fashion Week. Click here to purchase the Style.com app.

The Cut (NYMag.com):

If you are into gossip about the fashion world this one is for all you. They have features from the new campaigns to the next big nail polish color and even the last few days of Carine Roitfeld’s last days at French Vogue (her last issue was just released). Click here to purchase the app for The Cut.

Lorna’s note.

Games:

There are also some really cool fashion games that you can download as an app. You don’t just have to use the fashion apps to purchase items, if you love playing cute games like I do then here are some interesting boutique and fashion games that you can play. Games is counting as number 10 because even though there are many to choose from, they are all still games and go in one category.

Tap Mall is a very sweet game, a lot like Retail Therapy from Popsugar. It’s a game where you own your own boutique and you have to manage the stock by ordering in and placing it on the shop floor. You can also decorate your store and expand it as much as you can. You can click here to download and stat playing your Tap Mall app.

Jeans Boutique is a new little game I found the other day. You own a boutique and you have to serve the customers and help them find the right clothes as well as measuring them. It’s a lot more tricky as sometimes you can get 4 customers at once. I have only tried the lite version as it was free. Click here to get your Jeans Boutique App.

There are lots of little funky fashion game apps you can try, most have lite versions so you can try them for free as well. Which are some of your favourite apps that we haven’t listed?
